MIXING

This is where everything starts to make sense — where each element finds its place, and the full potential of the music begins to unfold.

Mixing is usually done remotely, allowing time for reflection and attention to detail. It also lets you listen to the results in a familiar environment — rather than being swayed by the studio's impressive monitoring system.

It’s absolutely possible to mix tracks recorded elsewhere — whether in another studio or at home — for budget reasons, or simply because traveling to the studio isn’t an option.
A good mix engineer can breathe life into flat recordings (within reason, of course), but more importantly, they can elevate professionally recorded tracks to a whole new dimension.
Whether your recordings were made here at RedBeard Studios, in another studio, or by yourself with care and precision — they’ll receive the same meticulous attention.

Every band is different and deserves its own sonic identity.
